BC Rubber has been a leader in rubber and urethane design and manufacturing for over 15 years, and now we offer a full line of flexible couplings with the same quality and dependability that you come to know and trust us for.

All of our flexible couplings are made with the following features :
- Approved to ISO 9001/QS - 9000
- Total quality system
- Latest CAD technology
- Torsional vibration analysis
- Transient and finite element analysis

| Features | Benefits |
| Severe shock load protection | Giving protection and avoiding failure of the driveline under high transient torque. |
| Intrinsically fail safe | Ensuring continuous operation of the driveline in the unlikely event of rubber failure or damage. |
| Maintenance free | With no lubrication or adjustment required resulting in low running costs. |
| Vibration Control | Achieving low vibratory loads in the driveline. |
| Zero Backlash | Eliminating torque amplifications through pre-compression of the rubber elements. |
| Misalignment Capability | Allows axial and radial misalignment between the driving and driven machines. |
| Low Cost | The PM coupling gives the lowest lifetime cost. |

Construction Details
RB Couplings
- Cast Iron to BS 17 grade (RB)
- Spheroidal graphite to BS 2789 grade 420/12 (RB)
- Separate rubber elements with a choice of grade and hardness with SM70 shore hardness being the standard (RB)
- Rubber elements which are totally enclosed and loaded in compression (RB)

PM Couplings
- PM couplings up to PM40 are made out of special grade of S.G. Iron. Couplings from PM60 to PM600 are made of steel casting (PM)
- Separate rubber elements with a choice of special grade and hardness, styrene butadiene with 60 shore hardness (SM60) being the standard (PM)
- Rubber elements loaded in compression (PM)
- Rubber elements are totally enclosed (PM)
